Creation of the Decision Making Support Geoinformation System with Monitoring and Management by the State of the Dnister River Basin Water.

The water management geoinformation data model of the decision making support system for Ukrainian part of the Dniester river basin had been synthesized. There had been created GIS of basic objects of monitoring and management of the basin water. The software for the automated update of database, automated data preparing to the export in a XML-format to INTERNET-GIS and realization of the decision making support of management of the Dniester river basin water resources is developed and introduced.
