The Development of Geoinformation Bank of Ecologic Information with the Possibility of Different Data Types Filling For State and Educational Organizations of Vinnytsia Region.

The research considers the creation of geoinformation system of state monitoring containing the ecologic information data bank having the possibility of different data types filling. Geoinformation ecologic information data bank includes: data bases of surface waters, atmosphere, soil, wastes, discharges, emissions and Vinnytsia Region Nature Reserving Fund objects state; program facilities for prompt data renewal via Internet within the frameworks of network version of system. There is administrative and educational versions of the system, and subsystem for the conducting of multifactor search of different ecologic information in connection with the environment monitoring results. There had been developed the vector maps packs of GIS for the administrative (1:100 000 scale) and educational versions of the system. There had been developed the multi-purpose program shell giving the possibility of simultanious working over entire data of both vector maps and GIS data banks.
