Borys I. Mokin

Scientific supervisor of SRL EREM form the time of its foundation, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor, Meritorious Worker of Science and Engineering of Ukraine, Academician and Member of Presidium of Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine, Academician of International Academy of Sciences of Institution for Higher Education, Academician of Academy of Mining Sciences of Ukraine, International Personnel Academy and Academy of Engineering Sciences of Ukraine. Editor in Chief of Scientific Journal "Visnyk VPI", approved by HAC of Ukraine on technical, economic and pedagogical sciences. Doctoral thesis defended on joint of two specialities : 05.13.01 - "Technical Cybernetics and Theory of Information " and 05.13.07 - "Automatic Control  (in Power Engineering)".

Trained 7 Doctors of Sciences and  21 PhD holders, published over 350 scientific papers, including more then  12 monographs. Patented more then  100 patents and author certificates. Was awarded a Third Premium  of Ministry of Higher Education of USSR for the best scientific work (1987 ), First Premium of Ministry of Higher Education of USSR for the best scientific and methodical work (1990), Gold Medals of IFIA on Exhibitions of Inventions (1994, 2000). Author of 10 publicist books.

Researches  synthesis of mathematical models of complex systems and systems of  automated control in ecology, power engineering and transport. Teaches "Mathematical methods for identification and optimization of dynamic process" for Master students in VNTU.

Deputy of Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of the 1-st convocation, acted as the Head of Subcommittee  of Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on issues of higher education. Awarded the Order "For Achievements" of the 3-d stage.

In 2008 had been appointed to the position of the Councilor of Prime Minister of Ukraine  on voluntary basis.

Vitaliy B. Mokin

Defended  Doctoral Thesis  "Mathematical and Geoinformation Models for Rivers' Water Monitoring and Controlling Over Processes of Their Purification " on the speciality 01.05.02 "Mathematical Simulation and Calculation Methods ".

In 2007 was approved by the European Commission  as a senior expert on behalf of Ukraine on the Project TACIS "Transboundary River Basin Management. Phase 2: For Siversky Donets " and Transboundary River Basin Management. Phase 2: For River Pripyat .

Fields of scientific activities: theoretical basis for creation and software for realization of monitoring, simulation, prognostication, management and controlling over environment state; use of latest informational technologies, including geoinformation technologies.

Author of 200 scientific works, including 3 monographs, 55 scientific works in specialized issues, 9 study and methodical textbooks, including those approved by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, 26 certificates on registration of authors' rights for computer software and databases. Teaches "Geoinformation systems and technologies", "Geoinformation systems of Ecologic Monitoring", "Geoinformation Systems"  for Students of the Speciality "Ecology, Environmental Protection and Balanced Nature Use" and "Intellectual Systems of Decision Making". Supervises three post graduate students, three competitors for PhD degree in Engineering, Master students, Diploma and Bachelor papers.

Supervises the direction on latest computer technologies on work with geoinformation package "Karta 2005" ("Panorama 9") - the largest in Ukraine training center. Has been preparing the new direction of training to operate with geoinformation package "ArcGIS9".

Myroslav P. Botsula

Scientific officer of SRL EREM, deputy director on Distance Education in Institute for Progressive Educational Technologies, Head of the Centre for Distance Education of VNTU. Ph. D. holder with the Department of SMCS, Cand. Sc. (Engineering) from 2002 (speciality 05.11.16 "Information and measuring systems").

Works in SRL EREM from 2003.

In 2007 was approved by European Commission as an expert from Ukraine on project TACIS, "Management of basins of transborder rivers: Phase for the basin of Siversky Donets river".

Is an author of 76 scientific works, co - author of 5 monographs, 3 educational and methodical textbooks, 9 papers issued in specialized journals approved by Higher Attestation Committee of Ukraine, 15 patents and certificates on registration of authors rights on software. Co - author of all geoinformation systems, developed in SRL EREM.

Fields of research: latest informational technologies, XML and distance educational technologies, mathematic simulation in ecology.

Georgii V. Goriachev

Scientific worker of SRL EREM, deputy head of the department of Simulation and Monitoring of Complex Systems (SMCS) in VNTU. PhD holder since 2003 (speciality 01.05.02 "Mathematic Simulation and Calculating Methods").

Works with SRL EREM since 2003.

Published 40 scientific works, is co-author of 2 monographs, 17 papers issued in scientific journals approved by the HAC of Ukraine, 2 patents, 7 certificates on registration of authors' rights on computer software.

Leading engineer of SRL EREM from 2001, Head of the laboratories of the department SMCS in VNTU. Graduated from Chemical and Technological faculty in Odessa Polytechnic Institute on the speciality "Technology of Basic Organic and Oil-Chemical Synthesis", experienced in analytical work.

Occupied positions of deputy head, leading engineer with sanitary laboratory of Vinnytsia MC "Chimprom", conducted researches of quality of industrial drains and natural waters, researches of industrial emissions into atmosphere as well as analytical controlling over sanitary state of air in working zone. Improved qualification in Vinnytsia regional СЕС and State Administration of ecology and natural resources in Vinnytsia oblast.

Directions of scientific researches: natural and laboratory easements, data processing of ecological monitoring using measuring and computer base of SRL EREM.

Andrii R. Iashcholt

Junior scientific officer with SRL  EREM since 2002. Ph. D. holder since 2009 (speciality 05.13.06).

Graduated from VNTU in 2005 on the speciality 7.070801 - "Ecology and Environmental Protection". In 2008 graduated from VNTU Post Graduate Courses, having successfully prepared PhD thesis. Within 2007-2008 was awarded academic scholarship of the President of Ukraine.

Issued 18 scientific works, is co-author of the monograph, methodical textbook, 6 scientific papers issued in specialized journals approved by HAC of Ukraine, 3 certificates on registering authors rights for computer software and databases.

Direction of scientific activity: mathematical protection of ecological data, creation of new mathematical models of ecological processes, development of banks for ecological data and geoinformation systems, programming languages and packages of mathematical processing of monitoring data.

Eugeniy M. Kryzhanovskyy

Junior scientific officer with the SRL EREM since 2003. Ph. D. holder since 2010 (speciality 05.13.06).

Post graduate student of VNTU. Graduated from Master Courses in 2006 on the speciality "Ecology and Environmental Protection". Within 2007 - 2008 was awarded scholarship named after Julia Tymoshenko.

Prize winner of the All-Ukrainian contest of students' works on natural, technical and humanity subjects 2005/2006 in the direction «Ecology and Environmental Protection ".

Awarded a diploma "For The Best Report" on the III conference of students, post graduate students and young scientists "Modern Problems in Ecology" (2006 , city of Zhytomyr).

Issued 5 scientific papers in specialized journals approved by HAC of Ukraine, is co-author of  8 methodical textbook,s has 10 certificates on authors rights for computer software.

Sergiy O. Zhukov

Woks  with the SRL EREM since 2005. Assistant with the department of SMCS. Ph. D. holder since 2009 (speciality 05.13.05).

Graduated from Master Courses of Vinnytsia National Technical University in 2004 on the speciality 8.092203 - "Electromechanical Systems of Automation and Electric Drive".

Teaches subjects: "Informatics and Systematology", "Special Sections in Mathematics", "Development of Data Bases" for students of the speciality "Ecology, Environmental Protection and Balanced Nature USE" and "Intellectual systems of Decision Making". In 2008 graduated form Post Graduate courses in VNTU.

Co-author of the subsystem for processing parameters of gas and spray flow directly on the control place (enterprise) using mobile calculating equipment. Subsystem is the component of the subsystem "Emissions" ACS "Ecoinspector", which is introduced to state ecological inspection of all regions and big cities of Ukraine in 2006.

Issued 11 scientific papers, 6 of which in specialized journals approved by HAC of Ukraine, has 4 patents of Ukraine for useful models.

Scientific interests: Automated data processing in   MS Excel and diagnosing city electric transport vehicles.

Participated in creation of geoinformation system for decision support for controlling over basin of the river Southern Boog and systems of monitoring of surface water state in Vinnytsia region.

Four year student of VNTU on the speciality 6.080404 - "ІIntellectual Systems of Decision Making " (specialization- "Intellectual informational technologies for data processing in monitoring and controlling systems ").

Participated in creation of all GIS systems from 2007. Acted as the leading programmer on GIS technologies during creation of system for Zakarpattia Regional Water Economy Administration.
